Atletico Madrid is reportedly interested in signing Boubacar Kamara from Marseille in the summer, but Manchester United is set to compete for his signature. However, he has been linked with several European sides throughout the past few transfer markets, with many clubs in January.

Ruben Uria claims that Los Rojiblancos are pressing for a transfer this summer. But face stiff competition from other associations, including Ralf Rangnick’s side. Uria says other clubs and United could offer him a higher wage package and signing bonus than the defending champions of La Liga. Several English clubs have been linked with Kamara in recent months, including Aston Villa and Newcastle United.

Manchester United had the chance to sign him in January but was unable to do so. Manchester United loanee Brandon Williams has hinted that he may leave the club if he is not guaranteed first-team football next season.“I am playing games now and I love it.”

It will be great to be at the stadium on the weekend. He told the Daily Mail: “There is no point in me just sitting on the bench at United. I want to play, and I feel much more prepared for the Premier League now. We will take care of it in the summer, whether it is at United or somewhere else. Right now, I must focus on Norwich.”

Boubacar Kamara to choose Manchester United over other clubs

Jose Mourinho is keen on strengthening his team’s defensive midfield. AS Roma are on the lookout for a player to fill that position. However, according to il Romanista, Boubacar Kamara has already agreed to join Man Utd.

He will become a free agent in the summer and is yet to decide where he will sign. As a result, United needs an outholding midfielder to support Midfielders like Bruno Fernandes, Fred, and Scott McTominay. While Rafael Rangnick’s side is struggling to regain possession while building attacks.

Kamara could prove to be a smart option in the summer, as the French midfielder is one of the most exciting prospects on the continent. The 22-year-old is comfortable playing at center back as well as in midfield and is currently with the Marseille side under Jorge Sampaoli.

However, Kamara has excellent positional awareness and can scan all dangers ahead. He is often used as a shield for the back four. When it comes to his ability to break opposition lines from deep. Kamara should be at the top of United’s list if they are planning to sign a defensive midfielder this summer.
